In a close race that included twelve whole votes, the Clown Prince of Crime took the prize with 42% of the popular vote, followed by Catwoman and–believe it or not–The Riddler tied for second (17% each), with Two Face, Poison Ivy, and The Penguin all vying for an unscoffable third place (8% each). I have a feeling that Mr. J’s victory may have something to do with a recent film currently breaking box office records. You know the one I’m talking about.
