Tooting My Own Horn
January was a pretty amazing month for WWBD . We maintained a solid position in the top five blogs of Today.com throughout the month and received more props than Carrot Top’s Dumpster (it’s a prop joke).
Kat over at Review Me reviewed me, and was able to discover the universal appeal and graduate school level-depth of the web blog masterpiece known as What Would Batman Do? Thanks, Kat.
Likewise, Grandy from The Girly Anti-Geek gave us a cute “I Love Your Blog” Award for imparting some priceless wisdom about succesful blogging. Thank you, Grandy; I have faith that your blog can achieve almost as much prestige as this pristine example you are now enjoying.
Skwguitar of News Today fame also joined the bandwagon by awarding WWBD a bronze Blog Love Award. He actually gave it to my other blog , but I’m redistributing it to this one. I can probably do that.
But all these props are meaningless compared with the fact that the 2009 Uwe Boll “Your Blog Sucks” Award , the anti-award of my own creation, has been dispersed to various blogs that suck. Skwguitar , politicalanimal , and Jason are all admirable pioneers of what will be the hottest, most uncoveted blog award of 2009. Get with it, people!
Ha - and two of those Uwe Bolls have gone to David Rude. Nothing will beat you giving it to conservative ally though. That had me rolling on the ground laughing…
